Payment is due within 24 hours after committing to buy and must be received in full prior to shipping.

+ Rush shipping is available and must be confirmed prior to purchase. Insurance is automatically included for purchases exceeding $100.

All commissioned design requires 50% of the total balance to be paid as a down payment before work commences. At project completion a low resolution design proof will be supplied via email for approval. After revisions [if any] and approval a final invoice will be sent out. All high resolution print files will be supplied via email or download link once the remaining balance has been paid in full.
Payments by PayPal to brad [!at] chancellordesign.com are accepted and preferred. An optional method of payment is money order by mail. Personal checks are not accepted. If paying by money order an address will be provided upon request.
