Frequently asked questions
When will I get my PDF?
Emailed PDF patterns will be sent usually within 24 hours of ordering. Please allow this time to accommodate differences in time zones (I might be asleep!), day jobs (retail, ew.), or just not being on my phone 24/7 (ok, this is less likely).
If you still haven't received the email after 24 hours feel free to convo me to see what's up.
How do I get my Instant Download?
Once payment has cleared Instant Downloads are accessible through your order receipt, as well as the Purchases section of your Etsy account. If you are having trouble with any Instant Downloads, please contact Etsy support for troubleshooting.
In times of high traffic (like the holidays!) payments may take longer to process, but as soon as they are cleared Etsy will generate an email that will guide you to your pattern download. There is no way for me to trigger this email, so please be patient if it is determined that your payment is still pending.
Do you offer pattern support?
Yes! Feel free to convo me, or contact me via my Facebook page @chanteusecrochet if you have any questions regarding my patterns, or if you notice any typos. Just remember to allow for time zone differences and possible pattern research when waiting for my reply. 😊
Can I sell items made from your patterns?
Yup, absolutely! However you can't redistribute the patterns, and you must use photos of your own work when listing items for sale. A direct link to my pattern listing in social media posts will suffice in place of personal photos (but I'm sure your customers want to see your handiwork!).
I somehow lost my pattern, can you send me my digital pattern again?
Yes, I can resend *emailed* patterns with proof of purchase, but because this takes a real person actual time there is a small fee to resend it.
Per shop policy It is highly recommended that all PDF patterns are backed up on a separate disc, drive, computer, or cloud service to prevent loss in the case of computer failure.
Patterns purchased via Instant Download can be accessed at any time through the Purchases section of your Etsy account.
