Frequently asked questions
Do you sell frames for the prints?
We don't at this point in time. However, search around online - IKEA, Amazon, Ebay have lots of options. If you are struggling to find the correct size, order a frame with a mount that then fits the correct size.
When will my order be dispatched?
We currently dispatch within 1-3 business days. Please note if your order involves receiving a proof - this can cause a delay in lead time. We will always aim to proof your order on the same working day you placed your order.
I can't find what I'm looking for. Do you do custom orders?

Will I receive a proof of my personalised order?
I do not proof all orders - some designs I will and this is stated in the description of the item. I will however, send proofs for any orders that I think need tweaking (mainly due to the design of some fonts).
I would like my card to be delivered direct to the recipient? Is this possible?
Yes! When ordering your card, select that you would like a message printed inside - complete this in the personalisation box. When placing your order don't forget to update your delivery address to the person you are sending it to.
The delivery address is wrong on my order!?
Please message us as soon as you can and we will update this for you. Please note, I am unable to make any changes once you have received confirmation that your order has been dispatched.
When will my order arrive?
All orders will be dispatched between 1-3 working days, however, please understand Royal Mail deliveries are experiencing delays.
Royal Mail anticipate that orders should be delivered in the time-frames below:
UK - From 1 working day up to 10 working days.
Europe - From 3 working days up to 20 working days.
US/Australia/Rest of the world - From 5 working days up to 25 working days.
Greetings Cards sent via Royal Mail 1st Class to the UK - Most of the orders I have sent have arrived on time.
There are delays in the international network, I can provide an estimate of delivery time but this cannot be guaranteed.
