If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me and I will make every effort to "right" the situation.

I will provide a full refund (using Paypal or money order, depending on how you paid), minus the original shipping costs. The item(s) must be returned, and reach me, within 10 days of the original mailing date (you will be notified the day your item ships). Delivery confirmation is REQUIRED to receive a refund. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

I will not issue refunds for loss or damage due to postal mishaps. I pack my items well and have yet to have a mishap occur, but purchasing shipping insurance is still recommended.
Payment is due within seven (7) days of purchase. Money orders need to arrive within 10 days of purchase date.

I accept Paypal and UNITED STATES POSTAL MONEY ORDERS (preferred - see below). Sorry, no personal checks.

UNITED STATES POSTAL MONEY ORDERS can be redeemed immediately at the post office. I can take your item to the post office when I receive your payment and mail your item immediately. There will be no delay in receiving your purchase.

Money orders issued at stores or by BANKS have to be redeemed at my bank and "clear" just as a check does. Therefore, your item will not ship until your money order has been cleared by my bank. This can take 3-10 days, and will slow the shipping process.

A Standard Flat Rate applies for shipping. If you would like to use an alternative method, or need an item "rushed", please contact me for shipping charges.

I ship Monday - Friday only, within 3 BUSINESS days (that excludes holidays and weekends) of receiving your payment.

Shipping insurance and delivery confirmation are optional, and the responsibility of the buyer, unless otherwise stated in the listing.

GO GREEN! I recycle/reuse shipping materials, whenever possible, to save natural resources and keep shipping charges low.

If I have a piece of artwork listed that you would like personalized by color, size, etc., please email me. If you are requesting a duplicate of a piece that sold as one-of-a-kind (OOAK), I can not make an exact copy, but can make something similar.


If there is a problem with your order please contact me before leaving feedback. I will do my best to resolve the issue. It's for that reason that I leave feedback only AFTER I know your item(s) have arrived. I don't feel our transaction is complete until you are happy.
