We do not accept returns unless an item has been grossly misrepresented. This being said, the buyer pays for shipping. Returned items must be received in the exact condition they left in and a refund will not be issued if the item has new damage or wear. Returns will not be accepted for wear consistent with age, minor imperfections, color differences, or items that do not fit.
Please ensure that you check the measurements of the items BEFORE purchase. The "Small, Medium, Large" size references are only approximations. We recommend that buyer rely fully on measurements for sizing. It is the sole responsibility of the buyer to look at all photos and read the details listed. Due to photography style and editing, there may be color differences. Please ask all questions BEFORE you buy, we are happy to help!

Payment is required as soon as you have created the transaction and committed to buy the item.

As soon as your payment is cleared, your item will be shipped within 3 business days. We refund shipping overages of $3 and above.

If you would like to add insurance to your item please let me know prior to making a payment and I will adjust the shipping cost to reflect the cost of insurance.

International buyers - You are responsible for all VAT, import fees and taxes imposed by your country. Please research this prior to purchasing, if you are concerned about extra fees.

Please know that the vintage items are authentic and have been around for several decades. Most, will not be pristine in a "new-off-the-retail rack" way. We strive to list all major issues and flaws. On occasion, we will miss a faint spot or a missing stitch or two. We do our very best to accurately represent the item, but please keep in mind that you are purchasing USED clothing. Please spend time examining all pictures and please clarify any concerns BEFORE buying.

The majority of items have been washed prior to listing, via hand wash, home or professional dry cleaning. In rare cases, very delicate items will be left to the care of the customer.

Our items come from a clean, smoke-free home. Customers with skin allergies should be aware that our detergents and care products contain scent. Please ask if you have any questions.

We do our best to measure the garments as accurately as possible. These are measurements taken from the garment laying flat or hanging. This does not include room for ease, so please allow yourself some room, especially for non-stretch garments. Use an existing garment of yours for reference, if you are not sure of the sizing.

Measurements:
• Sleeve - from shoulder seam to end of sleeve or cuff
• Shoulder - measurement taken from one shoulder seam across to the other
• Armpit to Armpit - taken from armpit to armpit
• Waist - measured at waist seam or natural waistline. If the waist is elastic I leave it unstretched to measure it
• Hips - taken from widest part of hip
• Length - measured from top of shoulders (or neckline, for strapless) , to the bottom.
