Charleston Engravers is a locally-owned, full-service engraving and retail store located in Charleston, South Carolina. We have proudly served the greater Charleston community for more than 18 years, and we pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our workmanship and on our customers' satisfaction.

We can engrave almost anything, including jewelry, glassware, awards, trophies, baby and wedding gifts, granite, slate, marble, brick, wood, as well as many other products. We provide engraving services for customer-supplied items as well, and free engraving for all items purchased from us!

Custom orders are our favorite - be sure to ask if you don't see what you are looking for!

Charleston Engravers is a locally-owned, full-service engraving and retail store located in Charleston, South Carolina.

We specialize in wood, glassware, awards, trophies, and baby and wedding gifts, stone, as well as many other products. Our new engraving equipment is ready to engrave brick, stone and granite. We provide engraving services for customer-supplied items as well, and free engraving for all items purchased from us!

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept cancellations
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
I don't accept returns or exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
Due to the custom nature of our work, we do not offer returns. If your item was damaged in shipping, please send us a message with a photograph and we will work with you to replace the item. Reports of damaged items must be made within two weeks from the date an item was shipped. If you have any questions, do not hesitate to contact us on Etsy or by email at sales [!at] charlestonengravers.com.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, as well as payment via PayPal
Shipping
We ship all orders via USPS and will update the tracking number for your order as soon as we receive it. Etsy will send you a notification once your item has been shipped.

We currently only offer shipping to the United States and Canada (some items only)

Can you do a custom design?
Absolutely. Just send us over a message to let us know what you would like and we will work with you to create something unique.

Can you rush my order?
We can usually accommodate a rush, but be sure to check with us before ordering the RUSH MY ORDER listing in the shop.

Can I pick up from your storefront?
Yes! Please contact us via messaging for the details!

What format should I send my artwork over in?
We prefer an .eps file, but we accept .eps, .ai, and .cdr files.

What if I don't have one of your preferred formats?
Feel free to send over whatever format you may have for your art, but understand not all formats can be converted for engraving.

Do you offer quantity pricing?
We do! Send us a message and we can work out a quantity price as well as combined shipping. All of the items in the order do not have to be the same for us to combine the shipping.
