Hello,
Everything I make is with love, and each item is handmade with my own little hands, and therefore individual. I describe my items as accurately as possible.
It is tricky pricing things taking into account the time spent on them, but I like to think I have got the balance right and only charge what I would be prepared to pay.

Returns and exchanges
I'm sorry but I can't offer refunds.
Exchanges and alternative items can only be arranged before an item is shipped, (I understand sometimes we change our mind and want the other one instead!).
I am happy to exchange an item if it is due to faulty workmanship (though I truly hope this never happens, I try my best to maintain high standards of quality).
Payment
I only accept Paypal, but you can convo me if you really want something and need to pay another way, I'm sure we can work something out.
Payment within 3 days of agreeing to buy the item please. I will send you a couple of tiny reminders, but after the 3 days I will cancel the sale.
Shipping
I package my products so they will be snug and safe on their journey to their new home.
All items will be sent with proof of postage and shipped within 1-2 days of payment, I will notify you when it has been posted.If you require a package to be posted using another method please contact me.
I cannot accept responsibility if the Post Office mess up.(they haven't yet!)
