Shipping
Shipping cost is £3.99 regardless of the size and weight of your package.
Your order will be delivered to the specified delivery address within two to three working days following order confirmation. UK deliveries should take between 1 and 3 working days while international deliveries (Non-mainland UK, Europe and The Rest of the World) should be received within 4-14 working days - Royal Mail First Class Service.
There is no tracking on any of the above options and lost packages will not refunded. Should you wish to receive your items more quickly and for them to be tracked/insured all the way, please contact us and we will send you a quote for a different postal service.
Please note it is your responsibility to make the necessary arrangements for taking delivery of the order. If an order needs to be re-delivered due to non-delivery, postage costs will be at your expense.
Any events, whatever they are, which evade Charlie Maya willpower (force majeure, strike, postal delays, packages due to an incorrect address etc) and which may affect the execution of the delivery, cannot be used as a matter of cancellation of the order, neither can give the right to claim for damage and interests. Also, we will not be responsible for any taxes or custom fees when ordering internationally.
All Charlie Maya goods remain the property and responsibility of Charlie Maya until picked up by the forwarder and payment is received in full.

All Charlie Maya designs are handmade using traditional production techniques. It therefore has to be accepted that there could be minor variations in size and fabric colours with respect to original pictures shown. We will not consider these variations as faults as this reflects the craftsmanship and individuality inherent in our products.
