Welcome to *Charli’z*! Charli’z began the summer of 2007. I became inspired to design a line of hip and trendy hand sewn baby products. My daughter Charli, born September 2004 was my true inspiration for my business. Since about a year old, Charli has grown attached to a small silky pink blanket that a family friend gave to her. Charli’s “Pink Softi”, so she calls it, no bigger than 10 x 10 inches square, goes everywhere with her, no exceptions! Thus being my first product creation to my line of Charli’z, which I call, Softiz. I truly have enjoyed this journey. I never imagined I would be making my own line of baby goodies. It is really exciting to watch a product evolve from a yard of cut fabric into a creation for some lucky baby or child to enjoy.

Shipping Carrier
United States Postal Service is our main shipping carrier for all shipments. However, we also occasionally use UPS.

Estimated Delivery Time
Depending on your shipping address, your package should arrive within 3 to 7 business days. Custom orders take longer depending on order.

Tracking Your Package
You can view your tracking number by logging into your account. You can track your package at the United States Postal Service website ( or the UPS website (

In-Area Pick Up
If you are in the Chico Paradise area, you also have the option of picking up your order. Order and payment must still be made online. Once your order is ready, we will contact you by email to let you know when to pick up your order and we can make drop off location arrangements.

Refunds and Exchanges
All requests for returns must first be made via email ( phone (1-530-876-6126). Do NOT simply mail item(s) back without speaking or emailing us first, unless notified to do so via instructions enclosed with merchandise.

Be ready to provide us the following information: Your name, product, purchase date, address item was shipped to, your contact information, and of course, the reason for the return. Once you have contacted us, we will give you instructions on how to proceed with the item’s return, credit or replacement.

Permissible Timeframe for Return
Notification of your intention to return an item must be received within 30 days of the invoice date.

Defective Products
Products that are defective will be replaced, repaired, or credited, as expeditiously as possible, according to Charli’z discretion.

Restrictions on Returns
Non-defective returns are accepted for credit or exchange at Charli’z discretion. All non-defective returns are subject to a fifteen percent (15%) restock fee. Products should be returned in their original packaging, otherwise full credit may not be possible. The Buyer is responsible for all shipping charges.
