Payment
I only accept payment via PayPal. PayPal supports purchases using your credit or debit card without an account.

Please pay within 3 days of making your purchase. Otherwise the items will be re-listed and the sale will be canceled, we will notify you first before doing this.
Shipping
Your item will be lovingly packaged and mailed within 2 business days after payment has been made and cleared. The status of your order will be marked as shipped when the package has been mailed.

All packages will be shipped with Proof of Posting. If you wish to upgrade the service to Delivery Confirmation service with signature upon receipt (an additional $2), please notify me before making the purchase.

Please note that I recycle packaging where possible.

For international customers, estimated time of delivery is approximately as follows:
o ASIA: 1 week
o USA & EU: 2-3 weeks
o Other countries: 3-4 weeks

If you have any problems with the transaction or anything else, please convo me within 24 hours from the time your order has been placed.
Refunds and Exchanges
Please be sure to read the entire description of the items before you buy. Although I will do my best to resolve any issues that may arise, please try to ensure that you know the dimensions, color, material, etc. of the items you are purchasing. If you wish to return or exchange your purchase, please contact me asap.

Returns must be sent back within 7 days of receiving your package. (Custom packages cannot be returned or exchanged.)

All returns must be in their original condition. Shipping, handling, and insurance fees are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping charges. Returns sent without notice will not be accepted.

In the exceptional case of lost mail, I will review each situation individually and decide whether a refund is in order, and if so, to partially/entirely refund the price of the item, without shipping expenses.
