LL Monograms began in 2013 as a small Etsy shop under the name Charm City Kids. Primarily selling handmade children's clothing with complimentary embroidery, the name fit. However, as the store has grown and began including more items such as bags, towels, and clothing for adults, in 2014 LL Monograms was born. LL Monograms offers custom-made clothing, accessories, and gifts, all with complimentary monogramming or personalization.

Returns and exchange details
Because each sale is custom-created, all sales are final, unless there was an error on the seller's end, in which case the item will be replaced at no cost to you. If there is an error with your order or you are unhappy for some reason, please contact me! I will do my best to work with you to make it right!

All sales are final, and cannot be cancelled once they have been received. Please make sure to read all the policies and FAQ's prior to placing your order.
Payment
All major credit cards and Paypal payments are accepted. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept cancellations or changes to an order after it has been placed. Please double check colors, monograms, sizing and processing times BEFORE placing your final order.
Shipping
USA SHIPPING INFO:
-Most items will be shipped USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise noted. All shipments will include tracking information. If an order is returned due to inaccurate shipping information, you will be responsible for purchasing another shipping label to have the item re-shipped. Shipping is not insured, and we are not responsible for lost, delayed, damaged or stolen goods due to shipping.

-Some listings offer a priority mail shipping upgrade. Please note that this only upgrades the SHIPPING SPEED, not the production time. Your order will still be processed in the order it is received.

-PLEASE NOTE: Your order will ship to the address you indicate at checkout. Please make sure your Etsy and Paypal addresses are updated so that your package is heading to the correct address. If you place an order and realize that the shipping address is incorrect, please contact me IMMEDIATELY with the address change request. If an order is returned due to inaccurate shipping information, you will be responsible for purchasing another shipping label to have the item re-shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING INFO:
International customers are welcome! Orders are shipped via USPS First Class International or USPS Priority Mail International. You will receive an email when your order ships, along with a tracking number. Customers are responsible for paying any customs charges, taxes, duty and all other fees imposed by the country to which the package is being sent. Please allow an extra 2 to 4 weeks for arrival if shipping outside the USA. Rush shipping is not available for international orders.

What is your turnaround time?
-Turnaround for orders varies depending on current order volume, and can range from 5-14 business days. Transaction are fulfilled in the order that they are received. Most in-stock items typically ship out within 5-7 business days but during busy seasons turnaround time can increase. Please feel free to send me a message if you would like to inquire about current turnaround times.

What are your "busy seasons"?
-The busiest times are typically around Christmas, Easter, Graduation, and Back to School. These times include the months of February, March, April, May, August, September, November and December. During these times, order volume increases and therefore turnaround may be up to 14 business days (not including shipping). However, I know how hard it is to wait for an online order, and do my best to get orders shipped as soon as possible!

Do you offer Rush orders?
-Yes, but there are a limited number of Rush Order Add-ons available per day. Please message me prior to placing an order if you need your item expedited.

How do I add monogram/personalization information to my order?
-During checkout, there will be a "Notes to Seller" where you can include all the relevant personalization information (monogram font, thread color, initials or name). Please provide the initials in the order they should appear. It helps if you also provide the full name, when it comes to getting the personalization correct, I'd rather have too much information than not enough! Because personalized orders are not returnable, please make sure to double-check all spelling and be very specific regarding your monogram requests. You may also send me a message through Etsy messages with that information. Please make sure to include your order number for reference. Monogram proofs are available upon request after your order has been placed.

What monogram rules do you follow?
-Unless you request otherwise, I follow the traditional monogramming etiquette: Initials will be placed in the order of First name, Last name, Middle name, with the Last name initial larger in the center. You may request for the initials to be in the order of First, Middle, and Last, and all in the same size. Please make sure to indicate your preference in the "Notes" section or via Etsy Messages.

What is the best way to communicate with you?
-Please use Etsy Messages for all communications. This is important because it protects both the buyer and LL Monograms by ensuring that all conversations are recorded should an issue arise. If any information is left out of your order (Initials or Name to be embroidered, thread color, etc), you will be contacted via Etsy Messages. When no thread color choice is indicated in an order, you will be contacted, but if no response is received after several attempts, LL Monograms reserves the right to choose a neutral thread color in order to ensure that your order is not delayed any further.

My order got lost in the mail, what should I do?
-Please let me know, but also contact your local USPS with the tracking number of your order. Unfortunately, there isn't much I can do once it has shipped, and the postal service would have access to tracking the package down. We are not responsible for loss or theft after an item has been shipped.

Do you offer bulk order discounts?
-Yes, the discounts vary depending on the item and quantity, so please message me for pricing and details.

Do you offer returns?
-Typically no, because each order is customized and therefore cannot be resold. However, if there was an error on my part, please contact me within 5 days of receipt, and I will gladly replace the item at no charge to you.

Can I send an item as a gift to someone?
-Absolutely! Just enter the gift recipient's shipping address and check the Gift box during checkout! I will include a gift receipt with no pricing information and can also include a gift message at no extra cost. Just let me know what you would like the message to say!

Absolutely! Just enter the gift recipient's shipping address and send me a quick message to let me know that this is a gift. I will include a gift invoice with no pricing information and can also include a gift message at no extra cost. Just let me know what you would like the message to say!

Do you offer Proofs?

I do offer proofs on orders that have been received! If you are unsure of a font, you can just choose any font in the drop down box, and after your order has been placed, send me a message with the monogram or name information and the fonts that you would like to see it in! I won't proceed until I have confirmation from you on which font you decide on.
