5 out of 5 starsThe item is great quality but I ordered them on the December 29th a week later nothing ship I contacted them Etsy , Etsy massages and his email on this profile after 4 days I got nothing back I sent messages again the same ways and still nothing back I waited 5 days this time and nothing still I finally contacted him the 4th time still with no response and then two days after sending the 4th email they made a shipping label that was on the 13th of January it actually shipped on the 17th of January I got it on the 19th I just wish they would have contacted me back at some point to let me know what's going on for it to take 3 weeks to ship was unacceptable I ordered from two other shops on here they ship it out the next day and I had it in time to do my project I was trying to do but this unfortunately was to late for that

A shop full of magic and coziness!
Charmed & Cozy was established in 2016 when I was searching for a way to help make back supply costs on the projects I was already working on. Very quickly, I made the decision to work on specifically "magical" inspired products, and then soon after that I became working towards making C&C my full-time job! Now, a few years in, C&C is my sole form of work and I absolutely love getting to share my creations with you!

What if an item is damaged in transit?
Unfortunately, once an item is in the hands of the postal service it's no longer in my control. I am not responsible for damage that takes place in transit, however if you reach out to me I'd be glad to work with you to find a solution!
Wholesale availability
We have a link to our Faire with our shop links- if you haven’t worked with them before you get $200 to shop my business! Depending on the item, I'd be glad to work with another business to wholesale items. Availability varies greatly based on the circumstances, so just let me know and we can discuss it!
Custom and personalized orders
Due to the fact that most of my products are manufactured for me by another facility and have a very high minimum order quantity, I’m not available to offer custom patches/pins/etc at this time unless you’d be willing to order at least 50-100pcs.
