Most items sold at Northwest Nest are handmade pieces of artwork and no two pieces are exactly alike. Please read the descriptions of each item carefully including dimensions. If you are unhappy with your order please contact me and I will try my hardest to rectify the situation. I want to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible and you’ll find that I’m a friendly and reasonable gal.
Returns are permitted for EXCHANGE ONLY under the following conditions:
1. Returns must be made within 14 calendar days of shipping date unless otherwise agreed to by both parties.
2. Returns are for exchange only for items at charmedbyjessica.etsy.com .
3. Custom orders are not returnable.
4. Shipping is non-refundable. After shipping, I will refund the amount of your original payment, less the shipping charge.
5. Prior notice of return is required: jramey [!at] charmedbyjessica.com
6. Returns must be sent to Charmed with Delivery Confirmation.
7. Returned items must be received in resale condition.

Personal Check and Paypal accepted. If you would like to pay by check, please make checks payable to "charmed" and also note your payment type in the message section at check out. That way I won't send you annoying emails asking for payment. :) For quickest processing, Paypal is preferred.

Charmed uses Priority Mail and First-Class Mail. If you prefer one over the other please contact me directly at (503)463-1311 or jramey [!at] charmedbyjessica.com .
