Thank you for taking time to check out my policies. I am new to this, so they may be evolving over time. My goal is to have my customers 100% satisfied with their purchase.

PayPal is preferred, but I do accept checks and money orders. Payment is expected withing within 3 days of your purchase via PayPal. If I do not receive payment, I will send you an email letting you know the purchase will be canceled in 24 hours if payment is not received. If you are paying by check or money order, I must have it in hand before your item ships.
I will ship within 24 hours of receiving your confirmed payment. My preferred method of shipping is USPS. However, if you prefer another method, please let me know.
Refunds and Exchanges
I carefully pack each order to ensure its safe arrival at your door. In the unlikely event of any breakage I will hold either myself or the shipper responsible. I will file all claims with the shipper, and work with you to replace the items or offer you a refund. All I ask is that you provide me with photographs of the breakage including the packaging.

My hope is that you will be happy with your purchase. I try hard to provide accurate descriptions and pictures of my items, and to price them fairly. Please email me with any questions prior to your purchase.

When you receive your order, if you are not happy with your purchase please email me and I’ll try my best to work it out with you.
