When will my order ship?
We are currently creating our pieces late (super late!) on Tuesday nights and mailing them out the following afternoon. We are ONLY in the studio on tuesday nights. If you order your piece before 5 pm MST on Tuesday, it will ship on Wednesday morning. Some of our made-to-order pieces may take up to 2 weeks to ship. (It will say in the description of the piece.)
A word about international shipping.
Customs/duty fees might apply and that those are a buyer's responsibility as those fees are levied by the buyer's government and have nothing to do with Charmed Collections. Please make yourself aware of any and all custom charges/duties/taxes that you may incur from your country.
We cannot represent international shipments as gifts. Purchases must be accurately described and valued at the full sales price. International buyers are responsible for any and all charges related to delivery, including, but not limited to, clearance and/or customs fees, duties and/or taxes, and any brokerage fees that may be charged by the shipper. Please be familiar with the laws of your country.

I have been trying to contact them i received 2 stackable name rings for Xmas, and they aren’t the right size they are super thin and now i have one that has broken... Bad business

Returns and exchanges
- Custom or personalized orders

- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
We guarantee your chain for at least the first two weeks after shipment. We wear our chains everyday while raising children ages 1 to 8 and we haven't had any issues, so fear not!
Sales are final on all customized, personalized stamped charms.
If you are hoping to return a non-personalized item, the item must be shipped to us for assessment. A refund will be issued if the piece is in resale-able condition, comes to us in the original packaging, and is not tarnished. You are responsible for all shipping costs. Please insure your pieces with USPS. A $5 restocking fee will be charged on all returns.
Payment
In some cases, the listing will indicate that it will take up to two weeks to ship your piece.
Some payment options take longer to "clear" (like e-checks), but we will ship out your item the Thursday after it does.
Shipping
We ship to the address in Etsy, NOT to the address in PayPal. Please double check your address. Send us a 'conversation' via Etsy if you need to change something. We want to make sure your gift gets to the right place.

Due to our high order volume, insurance is not automatically included on all orders, with the exception of Priority Mail and Priority Express orders through the USPS. If you desire or require insurance on your order, please send us a conversation prior to making your purchase.
If your item is lost in the mail, we will ask Etsy to moderate the situation and assess the action that needs to be taken. Items lost in the mail are the fault of USPS not Charmed Collections and will not automatically mean a refund.
