    Enjoy this moment viewing my designs. This is a small sample of my designs which I hope to update on a regular basis. I have always put the customer first, so please don't be shy to request something unique. Most items can be altered for custom fit.

    First and foremost, I want you to love your purchase!

    Custom made charms and cufflinks, once completed are a FINAL SALE. Keep in mind, the mold that you send back to me, is the mold that I use to make the charm and that is exactly the image that will be transferred to the fine silver.

    If you are unsatisfied, for any reason, please contact me and I will try to resolve the situation with an adjustment of the piece, and exchange or refund. Refunds are accepted within 10 days of purchase, less shipping costs. Items must be in the same condition as when purchased and received by Charmed Jewelry no less then 14 days after purchase.
    Payment
    I accept Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. I request payment upon purchase to simplify both our lives. If payment is not made within 3 days of purchase, item will be relisted.

    PayPal is preferred because shipping will happen faster if the PayPal address and Etsy mailing address are the same. ORDERS SHIP to PAYPAL ADDRESS. If there is a different shipping address, please leave a message in "Notes to Seller" to inform of different address.

    Items are shipped via USPS within 48 hours. Multiple orders will receive combined shipping rates.

    SHIPPING DOES NOT INCLUDE INSURANCE. If you would like to add insurance for quicker shipping, please contact me for options and pricing before submitting your payment through PayPal. I will provide you with options and adjust your invoice . Items are packaged with maximum protection. Charmed is not responsible for lost or damaged packages without purchase of insurance. If you live outside the US, please let me know so that I can provide options for both shipping and insurance. International buyers are responsible for all customs/duties fees in their respective countries.
