About

My passion for entrepreneurship inspired my Etsy stop.

I've always had an entrepreneurial spirit. In 2009, I opened my own bookstore, but by 2012, I was ready to sell and make a fresh start on something new. Then a customer of mine told me about Etsy, so I decided to give it a shot.

Ever since I was a kid, I loved jewelry, especially sterling silver. And I figured, what better gift to give someone than a personalized piece of jewelry that they can wear close to their heart. So now I work from my home office putting together everything from simple charm necklaces to personalized hand stamped initial or quote jewelry to unique bookmarks (because I couldn't let go of the reader in me!).

But the true passion behind my shop is entrepreneurship. I love growing my own business and being a part of a passion-focused generation. That's why I now have a second shop - cppewter - and a third in the works! Hopefully I will inspire others to leave their cubicles behind and pursue their passions.

If you have any special requests, requirements or alterations you'd like to make to any of our pieces, please send us a convo. If we have the supplies, we'll do our best to bring your vision to life!

Accepted payment methods

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 30 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
In case you are unsatisfied, please let us know before leaving neutral or negative feedback and we'll do our best to address the problem.

You can return an item within 30 days of purchase for a refund of the purchase price. After that, we unfortunately consider it "used." Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Custom items ordered upon request are non-refundable. Hand stamped items are only partially refundable.

We do not offer exchanges.

If you pay with an eCheck, please allow up to 7 days for the check to clear. Your mailing address does not become available to Etsy sellers until the check has cleared, so we cannot ship early.
Shipping
We ship out from Vancouver, Canada. We ship twice a week -- usually Mondays and Thursdays -- please allow 1-3 days for packaging.

WRONG ADDRESS: The buyer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. We will NOT reship or refund orders that were shipped to the wrong address.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS FEES: The buyer is responsible for all additional fees that may be charged at customs. If you refuse to pick up your parcel because you do not want to pay the customs fees, WE WILL NOT REFUND YOU for your order. We are charged on our end for international orders (outside of the US or Canada) that are returned to us. Please check with your post office to find out how much you're allowed to spend without having to pay customs fees. We will not lie on the parcel to say that it is worth less than it is.

HOLIDAY ARRIVAL TIMES: Please note that cross-border or international shipping, especially around the holidays, can take longer than the shipping times listed above, even if you purchase express post or priority, as the postal services often get backed up. We cannot guarantee that an item will arrive before a specific date, as once it is shipped, the package is out of our hands.

MAIL THEFT: I'm sorry, we cannot be responsible for items that don't arrive at their destinations outside of the US, Canada, Europe, Australia, New Zealand and the U.K. as more mail theft and loss tends to occur.

Frequently Asked Questions:

- Where do I put my initial choice? There is no option for that.

Sadly, Etsy doesn't give sellers like me enough drop down menus for custom options. But please put your choice in the note to seller when you pay.

- Oh no! My order was shipped to the wrong address! What can we do?

This is never good :( Unfortunately, once an order has been shipped, it is out of our hands. If you can contact someone at the current address to forward your mail for you, that would be ideal. The only thing we can do is reship the parcel for an additional shipping fee if it is returned to our address. This has taken anywhere from 2 weeks to over a year, assuming it comes back at all.

- I live near you. Can I pick up?

Sure! If you're willing to meet in Maple Ridge, we absolutely allow for pick ups.

- This is a gift. Does it come in a box?

Soon! :) Currently we are using decorative organza bags. But we have new beautiful boxes in the works for direct gift sales, as well as draw string bags for our Canadian orders (due to package side requirements we cannot ship in a box).

- Will you include a note? This is being sent directly to the recipient.

Absolutely. Just tell us what you'd like it to say in the note to seller when you pay.

- Do you do custom orders?

Yes, and no. The only custom work we offer is with handstamped names, words, quotes or initials. These require a flat surface, so we cannot stamp on any of the urn pendants or others that are raised. If you would like a piece engraved rather than handstamped, we recommend contacting a local engraver.

- Do you offer a discount if I order more than one?

We do offer bulk discounts, but they start 5 or more of the same item (custom variations are allowed). We don't, however, offer bulk discounts on our Add Ons. Contact us with your specific request, and we can provide you with a discount code.
