I design and hand make all objects, available on Chasing LuLa. I predominantly use traditional silversmithing, crafting and millinery techniques, with a good measure of contemporary flair and materials.

Payment is by Paypal and is expected immediately during the checkout process.
Items will only be shipped once payment has cleared and been received in full. Custom orders will start being made once this has happened also.

- All of my UK items are posted special delivery first class.
INTERNATIONAL
- International will be send Royal Mail's 'International Delivery Signed For Service.
- Estimate 5 to 6 working days for delivery.
- The buyer is responsible for any fees or charges incurred with the destination country's customs or your countries VAT charges.
GENERAL
- All items are insured
- Postage costs cover packing as well as posting. All sales are final.
- I will only post item to Pay Pal address.
- All of my UK items are posted special delivery first class.

- Allow at least 14 days for completion, depending on a complexity of a peace.
- The full balance is due prior to posting, I will send you photographic images of the completed object prior to the balance and postage being paid.
Please note that custom made orders are exempt from my refund policy.
