Payment
I accept payment through Paypal.
Payment is expected on the day of purchase. I cannot ship your item until payment is received. Should you have any difficulties, please let me know as soon as possible.
All unpaid purchases exceeding 2 days will be cancelled.
Shipping
All items will be shipped within 1~3 business days after payment is received. I ship all packages by Canada Post.
Your item will be packaged inside a small gift box and will be securely wrapped to ensure that it arrives to you safely.

Rates for domestic and international shipping are listed below:
Canada - $8
U.S.A. - $4.50
International - $10
* All prices include a coverage of up to $100 for lost or damaged goods.

Shipping times vary greatly depending on location.

Canada (domestic) - Packages normally take 2 ~ 9 business days [not including weekends] to arrive. However, in some cases, it may take as long as 2 weeks.

United States - Standard delivery time is around 4 ~ 10 business days, but please allow up to 3 weeks for arrival.

International - Depending on the location, shipping times can vary from 1 ~ 6 weeks.

NOTE for international customers: On occasion, your packages may be delayed by customs. Packages might also attract customs fees. I'm sorry I cannot be responsible for fees incurred from international customs.
Refunds and Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is the most important for me. If for reasons you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know first!

I offer refunds on items that are lost or damaged during shipping, but I will make sure that all items are packaged as securely as possible before they are sent out.
In the case that your item arrives to you damaged, please let me know within 3 days of receiving it. Also, please send a photo of the damaged item and packaging.

If your item does not arrive in a timely manner (in accordance with Canada Post shipping time standards), please let me know and we can work something out. But please keep in mind that packages to international locations may sometimes be delayed by customs.
