Ring was perfect! Craftsmanship was excellent! The packaging was very nice too! I could tell the amount of care that went into the ring. So glad we decided on this ring.

I really can't rate this as I just ordered it. The ring takes 8 to 12 weeks. The only reason I'm leaving this is because I can't clear the notification unless I do. I can't wait though. His work is very cool!

About

Chasing Victory

Chasing Victory was started after a few, what seemed like long years, of reconstructive surgery to my left hand.
Just four years ago my left hand had been pulled through a non-remorseful table saw that has put me through twelve surgeries of reconstruction with more to come.
I had just became a dad two months prier to the injury so you can just imagine the disgruntlement in learning how to be a dad and also how to use one hand.
This was no easy tragedy for my wife either, but she has stuck whole-heartily through this.
I have searched for jobs that i could possibly do but only have come up with depression and loss of hope. I began challenging myself to making these rings and have enjoyed it so much with much frustration as you can imagine and am now enthusiastic to present them to you.

After several years of hard work, I now work full time as the owner of Chasing Victory.
Chasing Victory has grown larger than my ability to do all the work. I have recently hired a close friend, Micah, to handle emails and design consultation. I still create each ring as I love my art. When I get off work I wrestle with my daughters, try to be the best husband I can be and end my day with reading till I fall asleep.

Thank you for taking the time to read this. I wanted to give you a sense of me and how this shop came about. I want to be an inspiration for others and encourage others to keep chasing victory...

Shop policies

Thank you for taking a look through my policies! It means a lot.
I want to inspire you with my creations and my story. The message of Chasing Victory is to remind us to always push forward through any obstacle we face. Whether its getting through a tragic accident, hardships in marriage, schooling, starting a business and anything else, no matter big or small, that could discourage us. We are powerful because we are people.

I lost the use of my left hand, to a table saw, and almost lost the love of my life through such a tragic time. By taking ownership of my life and not letting my thoughts turn to being a victim I started Chasing Victory. With faith and challenges the creations that you see in my shop are the result.

When you purchase a ring you know that passion is was infused into the creation of it. I hope that it becomes a reminder to you to keep Chasing Victory.

Payment plans-
If you would like to start a payment plan let me know.
I take 25% down to add you to my queue. After the 25% payment you may pay as much as you like whenever you like by emailing me with the amount you would like to pay. There is a, one time, 20% fee for using the payment plan.
If the order is not paid in full by 12 weeks there will be a Delayed Production fee of 15%.

There is a $40.00 cancellation fee for orders older than two weeks. Its a 75.00 cancellation fee for order that have already began production.
Shipping
Orders generally take 8-12 weeks to make due to demand and that I am only one guy creating each piece. This does not include transit times. Shipping generally takes 5-7 business days depending on your location.

All Orders will be shipped usps first class mail and will be given a tracking number for your convenience. You will also be required to sign for your package.

Insurance against loss, rifling, and damage can be purchased at an additional cost depending on the purchased value. I will not be responsible for items, lost or stolen, once they leave here.

International Orders will be shipped usps priority mail. This gives you a tracking number.
There is a cheaper option for international mail. Unfortunately, it does not come with tracking and there is no expected delivery date. (It could take a month for shipping.) Please feel free to ask for this option.
Lots of countries charge extra taxes on importing goods. They don't always do this, and they're spotty about when, why and how. I find it extremely annoying, but unfortunately I can't keep track of how each country does it. But please note that you may be charged taxes upon delivery of your items.

You as the customer are responsible for import taxes and duties in your country.

If you prefer to use another shipping service do convo me for pricing!
Refunds and Exchanges
Because I am one person, doing this single handed and not a large corporation mass producing each piece, I will not be giving cash refunds.

If you decide that you would like to return the ring for any reason it must be returned within one week of receiving (7 days) in its original condition without scratches, dents, etc.
I will give you a 50% store credit, of the original ring, towards a new ring to be made. New rings will be made in the current turnaround time.

If you place an order and decide to cancel before you receive your order. There is a $40.00 cancellation fee for orders older than two weeks. Its a 75.00 cancellation fee for order that have already began production.

If you need to send your ring back for refinishing or repairs please enclose $7.00 (30.00 for international). Or I can bill your Paypal if used. The ring(s) will not be sent back unless shipping is paid.

Rings are custom made to you.

The wrong size in metal?
If I am able to adjust it without damage to the wood inlay the cost to resize the ring is 40.00. If the adjustment will cause the wood inlay to need replaced the cost will be 200.00 to adjust the ring size and replace the inlay. If you were way off on the ring size the cost for a new ring will be 50% of the total with the return of the original ring in its original condition.

Titanium rings are not resizable. They will have to be returned for a 50% credit towards a newly made ring.

If your ring is engraved and does not fit properly I will have to charge full price for a new ring, because that ring can not be resold with an engraving in it.

Damaged or broken rings-
I understand that mistakes happen. If your ring is damaged or is broken you may receive a, one time, 50% credit towards the ring being remade.

(Rings with metal edges)
I build my rings using a very hard durable resin made to seal wood boats in the salty sea. The finish will protect the wood from scratches and damage. Eventually the hard finish may need repolished from scratches. I would love to repolish it for you.

(All wood rings or rings with just a metal interior)
Previous all wood rings (no metal) and rings with just a metal interior will need refinished at least once a year. Having them refinished on your end will continue the Lifetime Guarantee. If you do not keep up on the maintenance the warranty becomes void.

My return policies will not be compromised. They are in place to protect, not only me, but also you.
Additional policies and FAQs

Personal gems -
You may send me your own stone to set in a ring. I cannot be held responsible if the ring is lost or stolen in transit to me.
