Returns and exchange details
Your purchase will be packaged as safely and with great care and attention so as not to incur damage during transit. If, however when you receive it, it is not the case please contact me immediately on receipt and we can discuss any problems that have happened to your purchased item(s).
I cannot refund postage costs incurred.
I do not refund.
Payment
I also take direct credit payments too. You can use your credit or debit card to make payments. They are made directly into my account, these then will be transferred into my own bank account when scheduled by me. When payment has cleared (this usually takes place within the same day) items will be sent out.
Shipping
I will ship overseas by UK Airmail and delivery can take between 5-14 working days to arrive depending on where you are either Europe or USA etc. from posting.
Please contact me if you require a faster delivery time to discuss your requirements, payment costs are much higher for this faster service.
