2 out of 5 starsUnfortunately, I wish I just ordered the burlap print instead of the frame. I was really disappointed to receive the “rustic barn wood” frame with multiple holes in it. Not little distress marks, giant nail holes through the entire piece of wood. There is no indication in the description that this may happen, yet when I reached out I was told this is what the item is. The holes apparently make it “rustic”. However, Jennifer was helpful and allowed me to return the frame to get a partial refund. The shipping on that took quite a while, but that was not her fault. The burlap print was perfect and exactly what I wanted, I ended up buying a new frame instead.

How do I personalize my order?
Include ALL personalization info in the “Note to Seller” section during checkout! (Ex. names, dates, years, addresses, etc.)
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
1) Production Time: Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be designed and created.
2) Once your order ships, arrival time depends on the shipping method selected:
STANDARD SHIPPING: 3-5 Business Days (approximate)
PRIORITY MAIL: 2-3 Business Days
EXPRESS MAIL: 1-2 Business Days
TRACKING INCLUDED! When your order ships, you will receive an email from Etsy including a tracking number for your package. All items are shipped from Florence, SC via USPS.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International and take approximately 2-4 weeks to arrive. Tracking is not included, but we rarely have an issue with our packages not reaching their final destination!
What if there is a mistake on my order?
Please don't hesitate to contact us if there is a problem with your order! We are always happy to help! If we made a mistake on your order, we will gladly send you a replacement free of charge! If you accidentally provided some incorrect information on your order, we will be happy to send you a replacement at a discounted price!
