Returns and exchanges

Great care is taken into packing and ensuring your order is mailed out in tip-top condition. However, Cheap Charlie will not be held responsible for any loss or damage caused during shipment.

Payment

Payment has to be made within 3 days unless there's prior notice. After which, Cheap Charlie reserves the right to cancel a sale.

Shipping

All items will be packed carefully into a bubble mailer and sent to you via regular post. Fragile items eg. brooches will be fitted into any box available on hand. Optional registered mail is available upon request at additional charge.

Unless otherwise noted, the default mailing address will be the one provided during Etsy checkout.

Please kindly allow 4-6 working days for processing and 2-3 weeks for the shipment of orders. With immediate effect, packages will be mailed out every MONDAY.

During holiday peak periods, shipment may take longer to arrive (3-4 weeks) so please order in advance where possible.
