The dress is exactly as described! Although I really want to say that the shipping is fantastic. It arrived so quickly that I was honestly confused when I got the package because I wasn't expecting it yet. Would definitely buy from again.

Beautifully made cosplay dress! We got it much sooner than the estimated arrival date, too. I had a question which was answered very quickly. The only tiny thing was that the inside of the dress was itchy, and would have been nicer with a little lining. Still, a great item!

Shipped on time. I wear this almost every day, but I realize that it's difficult to figure out what is in the heart and I'm not as much of a fan of pewter as I am of sterling silver. I am happy to have the sterling silver chain and will use it in one of my own projects.

About

The Beginning of a Dream

I've always loved to craft; drawing, sewing, putting things together. Once the Summer of 2008 rolled around, I finally discovered my passion: Cosplay.
Now, cosplaying isn't the only thing I'm gung-ho about. I also have a whole lot of love for the US military. (Particularly the Marines and the Navy) When I graduated high school I was determined to start selling military paraphernalia online.
Finally, by the beginning of 2012, I opened an Etsy shop. It started off slow. I was making tiny trinkets that nobody wanted, but eventually I started selling.
Being able to make these items for people brings me so much joy, and I'm so proud of how well my shop is doing. And not only do I get to make wonderful jewelry for military enthusiasts and spouses but I also get to sell my costumes once I am done with them so somebody else can experience the joy.
I love my shop and how far my hobby has gone. I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world. ♥

I am a cosplayer with a huge passion for the US military. I spend most of my time prancing around in costumes and selling small crafts on the internet.

Payment
Items will be shipped as soon as and only after payment is received.
PayPal is the favored form of payment, seeing it's the easiest and simplest way to function.
If the item is payed for with an "electronic check" (which is something PayPal does and, for some reason, rarely notifies the buyer of) I will send you an e-mail and let you know your item will net be shipped until it is cleared. Electronic checks normally take three business days.
If the item is payed for by cash or personal check, I will message you with my shipping address and will mail your item out once the money has been received.
Shipping
Shipping is done through USPS First Class Mail.
Most packages are mailed out the day after (if not the day of) purchase.
Package should arrive within two to five business days. (Although, I've noticed it almost ALWAYS arrives on the third)
Refunds and Exchanges
I do not accept full refunds on anything commissioned. If there is a problem with size it can always be mailed back (at the buyers expense) and taken in or out. In the even that the customer "just wants their money back," they must (still at their expense) mail the item back and only get refunded for partial labor. (Thus, they still payed for supplies and labor)

On shop items, refunds can be given but ONLY once the item is mailed back. I've heard horror stories of people "just wanting their money back" and not actually having a problem with the item, but pretending to.
Additional policies and FAQs
I do take cosplay commissions.
I am very lenient to work with price ranges, but most of the time the end cost is supplies plus $10 per hour of labor.
If you do get a cosplay commissioned, a down payment will be necessary to ensure final purchase of the item.
