Made with love and dedication

We are a husband and wife team, Marco and Steph, living in Oxford, who have a passion for designing and creating.

Our little Etsy adventure and shop started from Steph, who is a serial crafter and has been selling her crafts on and off on Etsy for a few years, never making a serious business out of it. In the winter of 2016, she started selling her own hand-knitted baby shoes and hats, and Marco had some ideas on how the "baby line" could be expanded with some drawings and designs he made.

After lots of research and thinking, we decided to invest in commercial-grade equipment and printed out our first few designs. We tested all our onesies thoroughly by putting them through various cycles in the washing machine and checking that the print didn't get ruined by it.

Once we were satisfied with the quality of our creations, we started adding the pictures on Etsy and it was an instant success! We were thrilled that people were liking what we were creating, and we started to add more and more designs as we went along.

Now we print all the designs from our little studio, dedicating a lot of time to each and every single baby item, making sure the print is just right, and also packaging it in a way that will make it feel that little bit more special for the person that receives it.

We find it fascinating that we receive orders from all over the world, and it's just thrilling to think that a little baby in Australia, or Canada, or the Netherlands is now wearing one of our onesies!

We put a lot of passion in what we do, and really hope we can grow this little venture of ours into something bigger that we can be proud of and that we run together as a family!

If there is an issue with your order, please let us know before leaving neutral or negative comments. We are happy to work out a solution with you as we truly value your satisfaction with each and every creation!

Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:

Returns and exchange details
❤ It is our highest priority for you to be completely happy with your purchase, so if you are not for whatever reason, please contact us within 5 days of receiving the package that you would like to return to perceive an exchange or a refund. Returned items must be in original condition and original packaging. Please contact us before leaving feedback, and we will do our best to fix the problem.

❤ We cannot accept returns on custom made items as these are made specifically for you and are not sellable to others.

❤ Refunds for sizing are not permitted as all information needed to select a proper size is given on each listing. If in doubt, we always recommend to get a size up. If you are having problems with selecting the right size, please contact us so we can help you choose the best fit for you.

❤ IMPORTANT: Please be sure to read the item descriptions carefully and thoroughly prior to making a purchase. We do our best in providing photos and descriptions to illustrate each product. Also, please consider that colours in photos may vary slightly due to your personal monitor/screen settings.
Shipping
❤ TRACKING is NOT included as standard. All your orders will be delivered with either standard First Class delivery (UK) or "International Standard", and neither of these options offer a tracking code. However, tracking is available for an extra charge and this is offered to you during the checkout process (just click on the toggle button where it shows you the shipping price inside your cart). We are unable to refund all orders that get lost in the post if you have not purchased tracking, so, especially if you are from overseas, we strongly recommend getting your order tracked to avoid any inconveniences.

❤ Please allow 2-3 days for the dispatch of your items.

❤ DELIVERY TIMES the items are dispatched via Royal Mail from the UK, and generally these are the expected delivery times they aim for:
UK - 1 working day
Europe - 3-5 working days
