My preferred method of payment is Paypal - it protects you as a buyer and me as a seller and is convenient. There are no costs to buyers of using Paypal. however, if you wish to pay by another method and you are in the UK, then please contact me to discuss alternatives.

I try to post all my orders within a couple of days. Unfortunately, if you are not in the UK this does mean that you won't receive your item immediately. I have kept the cost of postage and packing to a minimum and most additional items incur no extra postage charge.
The majority of my shop items are ready to ship, however, If the beads you buy are made to order, then it will take a little longer. I will always let you know if there is an unforeseen delay and keep you informed of progress.

I am happy to receive custom orders and will always give you a price and timescale and get your agreement before proceeding with a custom order.
