Accepted payment methods

Payment
All in-stock items and custom orders must be paid for in full prior to shipment.
Shipping
All orders are shipped via USPS. Shipping on multiple items is combined per the fees on each listing. Fees cover the cost of both shipping and shipping materials.
Refunds and Exchanges
At this time, returns cannot be accepted. I will be happy to exchange in-stock items within 7 days of customer's receipt of the item. The buyer will be responsible for shipping costs.

Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged, as these items are made-to-order. I am happy to show you examples of fabric and styles before you place your order.

Damaged items may be returned for a full-refund or exchanged for a new item. I do my best to make sure each item is free of any defects before listing it in the store, but I'm only human. Please contact me immediately regarding damages and we will work something out. I want you to love your order as much as I loved making it!
