We love to create beautiful things. It fills us with joy. We hope you will find an item here that will bring you joy as well. We would be more than happy to design a personal piece just for you.

Returns and exchanges
We want you to be happy with your item(s). Please convo or email us within 3 days of receipt to let us know your concerns. Please do not return the item to us without contacting us first. Returns must be received within 10 days of our agreement to accept the item for return. Return shipping to us is at the cost of the buyer. Returned items must be in returned in new, unworn, sellable condition. We will refund your purchase price through Paypal once the return has been received back to us. Refunds do not include original shipping or insurance costs. We will not accept returns that require additional fees or cash on delivery (COD) returns.

Refunds are not given for earrings due to health and safety standards.

Due to differences in monitor and scanner resolution, refunds are also not accepted for slight color differences. We try very hard to describe each piece as accurately as possible.
Payment is accepted through Paypal. Payment through Paypal is expected within 3 days of agreement to purchase. If payment is not received within this deadline, we reserve the right to cancel the sale and return the item to our store.

Multiple purchases- We will be happy to combine shipping, if items are purchased within a 3 day period. Please send us a convo or an email to let us know you plan to make additional purchases at within that time period. Once you have completed your purchases, please let us know and we will send you an updated invoice with your total for the items with the combined shipping.
We ship USPS first class mail within 1-3 days of payment. Jewelry items are placed in a gift box and mailed in a padded envelope. Art pieces are shipped in a rigid mailer (box or envelope) to protect from damage. We include delivery confirmation with every purchase. Insurance is encouraged. We will send you an email with your delivery confirmation tracking number, so you will be able to track your purchase.

Paypal purchases- We will send the purchase to the address listed with Paypal unless otherwise notified at checkout.

If the item is a gift, please let us know if you do not want us to include an invoice.

At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Additional policies and FAQs
We are happy to work with you on a custom order. Please convo or email us with the details of your request. We will let you know the cost and amount of time needed to complete your item. Once we have reached an agreement, a non-refundable 50% deposit is required prior to beginning work (we will send you an invoice if paying through Paypal) to cover materials and labor costs. Once the item is near completion, we will send you an email with a picture of the item. If the item meets your needs, we will send you an invoice for the remaining amount due. The item will be sent once full payment has been received.
