★ Need to make a return? ★ I'm so sorry that the item you purchased is not what you expected. Please convo me and we'll work something out. Unfortunately, shipping costs are non-refundable.

Please remit payment within 3 days of purchase. Failure to pay within one week of purchase will result in cancellation of the sale and relisting the item. If you need an extension of this timeframe, to obtain a money order for example, please convo me. I'm pretty easygoing, but I like to know what's going on.

★ I ship via USPS, First Class, to the address affiliated with your PayPal account. If you need expedited shipping or shipment to a different address, please convo me. I ship several times a week, after payment clears, but occasionally get caught up in other things and am unable to get to the PO right away. I'll always keep you apprised of those situations.

If you're not on the continent of North America and are interested in making a purchase, please convo me! We'll work out shipping details.

★ I have toyed with the idea of including shipping costs in my prices, but I think that it would be unfair to people who order more than one item at once. My shipping prices are pretty low - just enough to cover envelopes, boxes and postage. If you receive an item and think you were charged an unreasonable amount for shipping, please convo me so we can work something out.

★ In the Detroit, MI area? ★ Convo me if you'd rather meet to get your purchase. There'll be no shipping charge for in-person delivery. :)

★ Insurance is not included in my shipping costs. If you'd like your package insured, please indicate that in the notes to seller, and I'll send you an updated invoice.

★ I'll try to accommodate custom orders, but I don't have a lot of liquid funds to spend up front on beads. Please convo me to check if I can make what you're thinking of, including recreating items that have already sold from my shop.

★ Items are guaranteed against damage from shipping. Unfortunately, I can't guarantee my items beyond that, as I don't know how hard individuals are on their jewelry. That said, I've been wearing some pieces I made for myself regularly for over a year and they're still fine. But I don't recommend letting the kids pull on them.

★ Sorry, no wholesale orders. I price my items low to make them accessible and can't significantly lower the prices without losing money myself. If you'd like to order several of a given item at my regular price, please convo me.

★ Please keep jewelry out of reach of children. Unless you want them to choke on it, and then I don't want to know so that I can't be charged with being an accessory to murder (which would be accessory to death by accessory, HA!). Seriously, beads are small and can be a choking hazard to small children.
