Gorgeous Steampunk Accessory. Will go great with my costume!

The skirt is cute, but the seams and hems are a little strange. I can't tell which is up or down, either. Thankfully she was just using it for a Comicon costume piece. Not constructed well enough for day-to-day wear, sadly.

About

Punk rock steel bending seam ripping mad woman.

Corset of Eden was opened on Etsy in summer of 2008. After years of making this and that here and there, I ventured into the idea of corset making, among other things. I took classes, read material, watched inspiring films and listened to mesmerizing cello performances in order to understand what kind of attire would suite me as a manufacturer.
The older feeling, unique looking and lavish tasting the better. I started with corsets but soon started working with buckram and the world of hat making or haberdashery. Since pattern making is another ability i express, i recently started designing spatterdashes, burlesque outfits, tricorn hats and accessories including bags, feathered earrings, ties, cuffs and other things.
I awake each morning hoping for rain, receiving kisses from my rotten shepard, and my loving boyfriend of a decade.

Starting in my teen years i knew i was a creative type and i love working with my hands. I enjoy most art forms and when i'm not creating something i'm dancing my way through the rest of life.
