Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging or similar (a bubble wrap lined envelope or a sturdy shipping box with internal padding) and must be mailed USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation.
Payment
Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.
If you are having any issues with Paypal or your payment, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you in anyway that we can.
Shipping
We ship worldwide using USPS First Class shipping. All items are shipped a few days after payment has been received(excluding holidays)-Custom made orders could take a little longer.
Confirmation on packages is provided only within the United States.
Canadian and all international buyers - please allow up to 6 weeks for shipment to arrive.
We combine shipping on multiple purchases from chelseakatecreates.etsy.com charging .50 cents for each additional item in the United States and Canada and 1.00 for each additional item outside the United States.
All items shipped within the US are shipped using Delivery Confirmation. If you would like The confirmation number just contact us and we will be happy to give it to you.
If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please let us know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify us and we cannot reach you within 72 hours after payment we will ship the item to the address used on your Etsy account.
Additional policies and FAQs
We leave feedback after items have shipped. We endeavor to leave feedback once a week, and love getting feedback from you! Please do not use feedback to discuss a problem you have with your item, contact us first and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
~NON-PAYMENT~
If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let us know and we will cancel the transaction. We will NOT leave negative feedback for cancelled transactions. We do leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact us to cancel the transaction.
If you are having issues with Paypal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are happy to work with you to accommodate your needs.
~OTHER~
We reserve the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of negative feedback and/or malicious behavior towards other Etsy members.
