Returns and exchanges
If a package is not received within a reasonable amount of time, please contact me. I include a shipping confirmation number when possible and can usually track the lost item.
RETURN POLICY: Returns are accepted within 10 days of receipt of purchase for a full refund of the item.. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. You must notify me by message or email of your intent to return an item and I will give you the return address. Your refund will be credited to your account upon receipt of the item(s).
***REFUNDS DO NOT APPLY TO CUSTOM WORK*** Only 75% of the price of custom orders is refundable.
Payment is due at the time of purchase.
Cancellation is accepted if I haven't sent out the item yet. Otherwise see the section below about refunds and exchanges.
DOMESTIC PACKAGES: All items (see Exception below) will be shipped by USPS First Class Mail to locations within the US.
All domestic packages are shipped via USPS first class with delivery confirmation. Also, insurance is automatically included with all purchases OVER $50.00 dollars.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING: All packages are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) unless otherwise requested by you PRIOR to the purchase. If you are in a rush and expedited shipping is needed--please contact me and I will work with you--and then, I will make changes to the listing to reflect any additional charges needed for expedited shipping.
Also, note the store doesn't offer local buyer pick-ups. All items will be shipped.
HANDLING: I include a small handling fee in my shipping rates to cover the cost of packing materials, printing, and on occasion the cost to get to the P.O.
INTERNATIONAL PACKAGES: All international packages are shipped via USPS first class air mail. Please note that with USPS first class international air mail shipping --insurance IS NOT available though, if you would like to pay for insurance please contact me and I’ll research other shipping methods, though in most instances, it is really expensive to insure an international package and seems impractical – especially if the insurance fee exceeds the price of the merchandise being shipped. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. I am happy to help in any way.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: The actual price of international shipping will depend on the destination and will be calculated separately. Please be aware that you may be billed an additional amount depending on location.
Customers are responsible for knowing and abiding by any import restrictions to their country from the US. Buyers are responsible for all customs fees, taxes, tariffs, or receiving fees incurred. I do not accept returns on international sales.
All items bought will be mailed within a two days of confirmation of payment. If there will be a delay, I will contact you to let you know. Items purchased on the weekends will ship on the following Tuesday.
Items purchased are packaged individually in tissue paper or bubble wrap to ensure their safety during shipping. All items are mailed in bubble mailers. If an item is bulky, it will be mailed in a box.
If your item is a gift, please let me know in the Notes to Seller - I can ship your gift item directly to your recipient at no extra charge. If you want your item gift wrapped, let me know and I will calculate a price for the extra materials. If you want a gift card included, contact me and I will write one up for you and include it in the package.
DOMESTIC HANDLING TIME: The handling time is the number of business days the seller will take to ship the item. The store usually ships within 2-3 business days of receiving cleared payment. (Definition: A payment is considered "cleared" after the money from the buyer has been deposited into the seller’s account. If the buyer pays by PayPal, the payment may clear immediately.)
NOTE: Handling time does not include the number of business days the shipping service will take to deliver the item to you. (Sellers are not responsible for shipping service transit times. Transit times may vary, particularly during peak periods and around holidays.)
INTERNATIONAL HANDLING TIME: This package will take around 10-16 days to reach you as customs may delay your package. Thank you for your patience.
