At CherieBee we strive to make great quality unique items. We are constantly coming up with new products along with remaking our best sellers. We love making custom items so please contact us with any questions you have!

All sales are final.

If an item arrives damaged we need to be notified within 3 days of delivery. Please include pictures of the damaged item.

If an item is lost or stolen please contact us asap. Refunds will not be given for lost items however we will send you a replacement.
Payment
We do not make custom items or ship items until payment has been received.
Shipping
Our standard processing time is 7-10 business days (plus shipping times). If you need it before then you must contact us first to insure we can get it out to you on time. If we are not notified of the event date beforehand, and the item does not make it in time we are not reasonable. We ship through USPS. If an item is lost or stolen please contact us asap. Refunds will not be given for lost items however we will send you a replacement.

Any customs charges are to be paid my the buyer.
