How did this all happen?
I started my business back in 2015 after the birth of my second child. I had been a stay at home mum for 3 years already and I needed a new outlet in order to retain some sanity. I have always loved to design and create - even when I was a child (I remember making my own denim bag from some old jeans and hot glue) - so mu business was born. I started out with making Scrabble tile frames and wooden signs, but soon found my passion lies within the wedding industry. I love the meticulous planning that goes into a wedding, the beautiful finishing touches that make all the difference, and let's not forget - the cake! Today I run a successful wedding shop supplying decor, stickers, cake toppers and finishing touches for your perfect day.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
- Custom or personalized orders

Custom and personalised orders
If you'd like to place a custom order just drop me a message and we can discuss your requirements.
Once your custom order has been placed you have 24hrs after payment to cancel if you change your mind.
Sorry, no returns on custom/personalised orders.
Sizing details
I try to describe each item as accurately as possible. Please read each listing carefully for sizes. If you are unsure about the size or dimensions of an item please ask.
If the item you have ordered is not how you imagined, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return (this does not apply to personalised items). Please see the "Returns" FAQ for full details.
Shipping
Please be aware that the estimated shipping date given is the date at which your item is expected to leave my workshop.
IT IS NOT YOUR ESTIMATED DELIVERY DATE
From this date you will need to allow extra time for delivery and customs inspections (for non-UK customers) as stated in the shipping option selected at checkout.
If you did not upgrade to a tracked service you item will be sent via the standard service and no tracking information can be provided.
Overseas buyers need also be aware that it is the buyers responsibility to pay any customs or import taxes which may be due. You will not be reimbursed for these charges.
Lost Post & Damages
According to Royal Mail a parcel is not considered lost until
•10 days after the expected delivery date for UK orders
•25 days after the expected delivery date for international orders
As such, I am unable to refund or replace any lost post until these times have passed. If you feel your item is missing you will be asked to wait the specified time before a refund or replacement can be issued.
If your item has arrived damaged please get in touch and we can resolve the issue.
Returns
In line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have 14 days from receiving your item in which to request a return. Be aware that if your return request is submitted after 14 days of you receiving your item it will not be accepted.
Once your return request has been accepted, you then have 30 days in which to return your order. Upon receipt of the returned goods I will process your refund within 7 days. Please be aware that if an order is returned outside of this timeframe no refund will be given.
You will be refunded the original price paid for the items returned plus the basic shipping rate. It is the buyers responsibility to pay return shipping.
Returns are not accepted on personalised goods.
