✿ We make all of our items by hand and in our studio. Our studio mascot is a sweet little ginger cat named Milo. Deb is based in the DC metro area (shout out to Alexandria, VA!) and Liz is based in NYC (what's up Queens?!).

Custom and personalized orders
We are always open to custom orders. We love creating special, one-of-a-kind designs for weddings and other special events. If you see something on our site and would like to explore other options feel free to convo us or request a custom order. If there is something you'd like but don't see it on our site, let us know and we'll see what we can do.
If you would like a custom order for a special event or occasion, we will work with you on all aspects of your order. We'll work with you to establish a timeline which will include the time needed to approve proofs. We can also discuss options for materials and shipping methods as well as pricing and payment.
Store hours
Mondays - Fridays: 7 AM EST- 7 PM EST
Saturdays: 9 AM EST - 5PM EST
Sundays: CLOSED
* PLEASE NOTE: We will generally reply to convos or emails and work on orders within the hours stated above, however, exceptions may be made for special projects and custom orders. These hours are not set in stone and will always update our policies whenever there is a change.
Damaged items
Refunds or exchanges will be provided for items damaged during the shipping process. Simply mail the damaged items back to us and we will be happy to refund the purchase price or send another item. Exchanges are accepted for non-custom orders only. We are happy to offer refunds and exchanges for damaged custom orders, however, all non-damaged custom orders are final sale only. Please see our refund and exchanges policy.
Our happy customer policy
We really do value each and every one of our customers. Each time we make a sale we are thrilled to have been selected from the thousands of vendors available in the Etsy marketplace and we truly appreciate each and every customer who visits our little shop. If you every find that there is a problem or discrepancy with your order, please feel free to contact us via email at cherryblossomtreedesigns @ gmail.com or via Etsy convo. We will always do everything we can to ensure that your experience is a pleasant one and that your order is exactly how you wanted it to be. Let us know what's going on and we will do our very best to make it right. After all, we think you are a very important person indeed!
Shipping confirmations and tracking
Packing tracking and shipping confirmations DO NOT come standard with basic USPS shipping. We send all of our packages are sent via USPS first class mail unless otherwise specified or requested. We do our very best to send out packages using Etsy's hand dandy shipping features so that we can include tracking information to our customers but we cannot guarantee this service for every order. We are a small business and sometimes we are unable to purchase our shipping online or will need to send an order using good old fashioned pre-paid postage stamps. In these instances, we will not be able to offer tracking information. We’ll do our best to keep you posted on any shipping changes (yes that was a pun).
Shipping options
We send all of our packages via USPS first class mail unless otherwise specified or requested. You are welcome to request additional services such as package tracking and shipping confirmation by dropping us an email or sending us a convo! We will give you an estimate of the additional costs and create a separate listing for the additional postage. Any overages will be refunded once the package has been shipped.
Changes to your order
If you need to change your order in any way, please convo us with 48 hours of purchase and we'll do our best to meet your request. It's not always possible to make changes but we will certainly do our best.
Gift wrapping and packaging
All of our items are packaged in cello sleeves or boxes. Gift wrapping is available for most items. Send us a convo and we'll discuss your gift wrapping options. Additional fees may apply.
