Shipping
I will package your products within 1-5 business days, depending on the complexity of the order. I ship products out on Thursday and Friday of each week. Please be patient, I do everything in my power to get your products to you as fast as is possible (even faster than the times stated here). If you have need of a rush order, please contact me and we will work something out.
If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, I will contact you and you will pay for shipping to have it resent.
If a product goes missing after shipment, it is your responsibility to make a claim with USPS. I will do what I can to help resolve any situation that may arise, but I cannot be held responsible for missing packages once they leave my hands. I will provide tracking information and if you would like insurance on your products, contact me for a custom listing.
