Returns and exchanges
Because of the nature of these products, I do not allow refunds or exchanges. If a product is damaged, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve the issue and make you happy!
Payment
I use Paypal and Direct checkout. Your credit cards and information are safe! I have no hidden fees so you will not see any other charge than the price of the product and the shipping cost. Please make sure that your shipping address matches your Etsy address, this is the address I will send your products to. I cannot be responsible for mislabeled addresses.
Shipping
I use flat rate shipping through USPS. I make every effort to keep shipping costs as low as possible. There are no handling or hidden fees. Any excess shipping charges that exceed $2.00 will be refunded to your Paypal account.
I will package your products within 1-5 business days, depending on the complexity of the order. I ship products out on Thursday and Friday of each week. Please be patient, I do everything in my power to get your products to you as fast as is possible (even faster than the times stated here). If you have need of a rush order, please contact me and we will work something out.
If a package is returned to me because of an incorrect address, I will contact you and you will pay for shipping to have it resent.
If a product goes missing after shipment, it is your responsibility to make a claim with USPS. I will do what I can to help resolve any situation that may arise, but I cannot be held responsible for missing packages once they leave my hands. I will provide tracking information and if you would like insurance on your products, contact me for a custom listing.
