Ready made items are shipped on weekdays, in 2 days after payement received. For custom made items you have to wait approximately 3 weeks to finish after purchase. Just check at each item description please. Delivery usually takes 7-14 days.

CUSTOMS TAXES & TARIFFS:
Please note that all buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Tariffs or Taxes and fees that may be incurred by your Countries Customs for purchasing merchandise outside of your country. I am not responsible for items being held or confiscated by a country's customs department, nor for any customs tariffs or taxes. The buyer is responsible for paying any and all customs taxes or fees from their countries customs. It is up to the buyer to investigate any customs issues.

RETURNS
You must contact me within 14 days of receiving the item. The item must be returned within 7 days after we have agreed to a refund or exchange and return shipment must include delivery confirmation. The item must be in the same condition as I shipped it in. Refund will be given via the method that you paid for the purchase. The refund will be for the amount of the item only and will not include shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable.

PACKAGING
Almost all CherryTime handmade goodies will come to you nicely gift wrapped. I can add message to the recipient for free, just contact me for details before purchase.
I love to be nice to our planet so I often use clean reusable materials for eco chic wrapping and packing. Please recycle or reuse them too.
