Can I make changes to my custom order?
Proofs for custom orders are sent shortly after you order. You have 72 hours to accept or request changes to the proofs. If no communication is received within 72 hours, the order will be processed using the proofs sent. All reasonable changes to the proofs will be granted if within 72 hours. Once work begins, no changes can be made.
Can I choose any location I want for map coasters?
Yes, you can choose any location you would like. If only a city or zip code is provided, the proofs will be sent zoomed out to show that city. If a particular neighborhood or address should be visible or zoomed in on, please specify that when ordering to allow the proofs to be more accurate.
Can I make exchanges or returns?
Since most of our products are completely custom, we cannot do exchanges or returns. We will, however, replace any items damaged in shipping or that do not live up to our quality standards. Each coaster is inspected for quality before shipping.
Care instructions
Use a damp towel to clean any rings or water stains on your coasters. They are water resistant on the top, but should never be placed in the dishwasher or submerged in water, since it will damage the cork bottoms.
Returned Shipment Policy
If a packaged is returned by the USPS due to incorrect address information given at the time of purchase or for any other reason beyond our control, the buyer is responsible for new postage fees to ship the item again. Please verify the shipping address before making a purchase. Thank you.
