Shipping
We ship worldwide with very few exceptions! Any exceptions will be noted in the description of the item. I only charge the actual shipping cost for international orders.

Need it fast? We will ship overnight! Just ask!

All orders exceeding $100 are shipped insured. This is not negotiable.

All orders are shipped via USPS or FedEx. If you have a carrier preference, please let us know in advance as shipping charges may vary.
Refunds and Exchanges
Chevall only accepts refunds if the item you purchased was not as described.

If for any reason the item needs repair due to a mistake in craftsmanship, we do any repairs needed at absolutely no cost to you! We even cover all shipping costs! Contact us with any questions you may have!

Refunds are not issued for items lost or damaged in shipping, however, if your purchase does end up lost or damaged, we work with you and the postal carrier to resolve issues to the best of our ability. Orders exceeding $100 are shipped insured for the total purchase price.
