Because each book in our store is pre-loved any condition information or concerns not visible in the photos will be stated in the item description.

All products are stored in a smoke free home environment.

Immediate payment is required in order to ship an item.

Please pay at time of purchase. If no payment if received within 3 days we will void transaction and re-list item.
Most items in the shop will be shipped within 3 days from the day your payment is received and cleared.

Most orders are shipped by Etsy Calculated Shipping.

Your order will be shipped to the address you provide. Please make sure that it is correct when placing an order.

We are not responsible for incorrect addresses and cannot ship to any other address but the one listed on the purchase.

Once your order is in the hands of the Postal Service it is out of our control. We make every effort to mail your item within our established time frame. We cannot be responsible for items that take longer than expected, become lost, etc. Please contact your post office with your tracking number so that they can assist you if you have an issue.

If an item is damaged during the shipping process, please contact us immediately and be prepared to show pictures of the item. Every effort is made to ensure your package arrives in good condition.

International orders:

We are happy to ship internationally however we cannot guarantee the arrival date of any shipment. For international shipments, items being held in customs may cause extended delays Please note that buyers are responsible for any and all duties and customs charges that may be incurred.

Insurance is mandatory and will be included in the shipping price. We will not ship international packages without insurance. Please contact us for shipping costs.
