Never received item's that were paid for. Contacted the seller, she responded quickly. Appeared surprised I had not received my order. She stated she would look into it ASAP. Well 2 days later and another message to the seller and no information. I ordered the 7 pieces tent set. This was needed for my child to participate in a slumber party. Now I have to rent one !👹 Trying to file complaint and request for assistance with Etsy is next to impossible. Not happy at all. DO NOT USE THIS SELLER!

After some challenges with shop operations, the owner went above and beyond to correct the situation. The quilt is perfect and even more beautiful in person! I am impressed by the communication to correct the issues and the hand written note that was received was wonderful and greatly appreciated! Thanks again- 5 Stars!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Ordered the sheet set and Sham on the 28th of August expecting it by Sept 8-9 emailed the seller on the 9th no response and again on the 10th she stated something was wrong with her email and the sheets I ordered were out of stock. I was disappointed, she offered an adjustment of about $8 off because the sheets were out of stock but it was not a deal I would have still paid full price for the quilt, and sham. I declined.
