IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION:
I use Royal Mail for all my deliveries. Unfortunately, there are sometimes delays. The postal services are working as hard as they can, but at peak times of the year they do struggle. Everything is getting through, but some are quite delayed. Fingers crossed your order will get to you sooner rather than later.
If you upgraded to tracked mail with your order go to : https://www.royalmail.com/track-your-item and enter your tracking number to get an update. I can only provide tracking if you select upgraded delivery. I do not use tracked service as standard because it is quite expensive and for small value items like mine most people don't want to pay the extra which I totally understand.

HI. This little online store has been created after over 30 years of knitting, crocheting and crafting - phew where has that time gone?!
I love to crochet blankets and throws and knit just about anything although I do like to make shawls and wraps best.
I always used to use basic stitch markers but then got some pretty ones as a gift and found that I love using them and they make the experience so much nicer so it all evolved from there.
I use the stitch markers that I make on my own knitting and crochet projects so I know what works and what doesn't. I hope you enjoy using them as much as I do!

Where is my order?
I only provide tracking when people select upgraded delivery. This is because it is quite expensive and for small value items like mine most people don't want to pay the extra which I totally understand. All I have is a reference number for the postal service to use in the event of an investigation for non delivery.
At busy times like Christmas there are nearly always delays to delivery times. Added to this there are issues within the postal and transport services with staff shortages. I dispatch all my orders within the time stated on your order and for an exact date this will be on your dispatch email. I know it can be frustrating when you are waiting for an order but please try to be patient. It is rare things go missing.
