What is your delivery policy?
Your order will be shipped from India to your ETSY ADDRESS with end to end tracking number. Please make sure that your address filed in Etsy is up to date. Or you can convo me if you want it to be sent to another address with 24 hours after the purchase. Any changes of address after your item is shipped will cost extra.
During the Pandemic, there may be a delay in delivering your order due to the Government's restriction. If you want it urgently, please contact me before purchasing.
Any import duty and custom fees have to be borne by the buyer. You can request for additional receipts/invoices for paperwork.

What is your return policy?
We take great care in creating all of our products to ensure your satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to me directly via Etsy Convo or at email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the item. To be eligible for a refund, the item must be returned unused and in its original condition. The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned in its original condition. A refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned item. Please note, there will be no refund if negative feedback is left without first contacting us.
My package is marked delivered, but I don't have it! I got the wrong item! Can I get a refund?
It is the responsibility of the buyer to ensure a safe delivery location for their package. In the event that the package is marked as delivered but not received, refunds will not be available. We suggest checking with your neighbors or your local post office and/or filing a police report if this occurs.
