All the sales are final. But we want you to be happy. If you have any concern about your item, please let us know. I am sure we can solve any issue.

We only accept Paypal.

Please send your payment within the 3 days after your purchase.

If you want to cancel your transaction you have 3 days to send us a message. Otherwise you will receive negative feedback.
Shipping
Shipping Policies

We will ship your order 1-2 days before we have the payment. From Monday to Friday. For "made to order" items please allow one more day.

We advice an insurance for your orders. Please contact us to know the cost. Damage and Lost Items won't be covered if the insurance is not payed.

We ship from Mexico, please be patient, and wait between 1 - 3 weeks for the arrival. Sometimes strange things happen and it takes more. Contact us if you have any concern about this matter.

We cannot be responsible for any duty or fee at the customs. This is something that almost never happen but we cannot cover it. Please take this in consideration.

Please read the shipment cost in each item. It changes from item to item due the weight.

We can arrange another kind of shipment if you need to track it or if you need it faster. Please contact us before you make the payment.

We recently modified the shipping costs. We added more countries, in order to have references by continent or region. It is a fact we cannot list every single country, so if you do not see your country listed, please send us a message to include your country to have the same shipping cost of the country in your continent or region.
