Al's Craftswoman Made to Order Adornments are primarily Sterling Silver & Copper. Pennanular Brooches also come in Brass. Resin is making an appearance slowly but surely! Each piece is unique & one of a kind or very, very limited edition.

We began our Etsy adventure recycling/upcycling cast-off clothing into wearable apparel and accessories. You know, save the Landfills! Like many creatives though, we just can't resist learning new crafts and our ideas are prolifically jumping around!
So through the years we've added crocheted items, home dec & vintage (different shops, now dormant) and now at it again!
2017 : Al revived this shop & started making Handcrafted Artisan Jewelry. I also started my MomCare journey & jewelry supplies were easier to transport overseas than clothing. Really!!!
2018/2019: Outlander-Inspired Jewelry, Leather Accessories: mostly tooled, handpainted veg tan.
2021: Resin craft for Home Dec, Jewelry and General Fun!
Like most Craftswomen, Al is a self-taught artist, learning wire-weaving, metalsmithing & leathercrafting over the past 6 years. And took an intensive 4-week metalsmithing class in 2018.
We hope you'll join us in our continuing journey of just being Chic Chix with some Champagne now & then to celebrate almost everything!!

Al's Care Recommendations about her Craftswoman Artisanal Jewelry.
♦ My personality is interpreted into each and every piece, with perhaps small imperfections and quirkiness, just like moi :). This is the embodiment of Artisanal work and a Unique Chic Chix Adornment.
♦ Please do not wear your jewelry while swimming, jacuzzi-ing, frolicking on the beach, nor in the bath or shower or while sleeping. Some gemstones and metals cannot survive salt water, chlorine or rough handling. Use common sense & read on for further care.
♦ Each piece undergoes a final inspection and spa treatment before leaving my atelier and continuing its life's journey with you. I buff and massage with Renaissance Wax whether the metal is oxidized or left 'au naturel'. Ren Wax is not a lifetime protection against tarnish ... do YOUR spa treatments last forever?
♦ Wipe your jewelry with a soft, clean cloth after removing it. I include a Tarnish-Resistant resealable plastic bag for your convenience. A piece of chalk works wonders also!
♦ Certificates of Authenticity can be provided for all Jewelry with Gemstones.
♦ I will repair any of my designs at no charge to you if determined that you've followed each and every "rule" above.

Made to Order items usually ship in 3-4 busness days, I will message you at email provided to update.

In keeping with our eco-conscious mission, recycled materials will be used for shipping when feasible (bubble wrap and/or cardboard protection).
Chic Chix & Champagne offers combined shipping for your convenience. This applies to multiple items shipped from the same location.
Prices & Transactions in our Boutique are shown in U.S. Dollars. Jewelry now ships from France & the normal dropdown menus for shipping don't take "La Poste" into consideration. Therefore, upgrades will be shown in Variations.
♦ The following shipping options from France are what I've found to be the most interesting to ship to the EU and U.S. The prices on each listing (in dollars) are what I pay in Euros at the counter. I do not price-gouge and will adjust these if the exchange rate rises or falls too much.
♦ France to U.S. Destinations: I will only send by Registered Letter International with SIGNATURE REQUIRED. This includes Insurance to cover cost of pendant AND a tracking number to final destination. Requirements are: <3cm (1-3/16"); <100grams (the average envelope weight of a finished pendant is 47 grams). So If your order contains more than 2 items and / or is thicker than 3cm, I will notify you before starting work on your order with the additional shipping charges. I will also supply you with the URL of a tracking site that I've found to be accurate.
♦ France to EU Destinations: Lettre Suivie is for <3cm (1-3/16"); <100grams (the average envelope weight with one finished pendant is 47 grams). No Insurance Included. Tracking Number to final destination, no signature required.
