Exchange Refunds
We do not offer Refunds. Only Exchange.
Exchange will be considered if the merchandise is deemed faulty and not as described. You must contact us within 3 days of receipt and ship back the merchandise to us marked "Return Merchandise" on the package.
Customer is responsible for shipping both ways upon returning an item for exchange and also for all customs costs incurred.
A Credit note for Exchange will be issued once we receive the return. The Credit value will be full item price Minus the original shipping and/or other related return customs fees/ duties.
Damages or Loss
Please understand that once the merchandise leaves my premises, I have no control over the postal service and therefore cannot be held accountable for any loss or damage that may occur during transit. To avoid any mishaps, I would highly recommend getting INSURANCE coverage for purchases over $50.00.
Packaging
Recycled packaging materials will be used whenever possible and your purchased item will be packed with great care.

All items are listed in US currency.
