WHERE'S MY ORDER?

Please don't wait three weeks to contact me if your order is taking longer to arrive than what is indicated above based on your location, you should first contact your delivering post or customs office and provide them with your tracking number specified in the shipping manifest. They should be able to help you track it down or give you more information on what might be causing the hold up. If that doesn't pan out, please let me know and I will work with you and the postal service to figure out what may be causing the hold up.


We require 25% down - nonrefundable - to hold the item. The balance must be paid off within one month (unless prior arrangements have been made) or the entire payment(s) will be forfeited. I prefer to set it up with no more than two payments.

I will ship when the last payment has been made!

Electrical items are original and as found. Replacement of cords, plugs, sockets, and switches is up to the buyer to do so if desired.

EU customers a cheaper solution is available on RELAY Mondial, its a pick up service so your merchandise is delivered to a point near you and you are sent a message and you pick it up there.

During November and December leading up to Christmas postage can take considerably longer.

We do not refund for customers when they change their minds, so please look at photos carefully and ask questions accordingly.

Would like to advise all my customers that, owing to new postal tarifs here in France, the price of postage has increased significantly as of 1st January 2015
the price for sending even a small package is 36€ for 2 kilos there is no more petite package pricing. There is no insurance included in this method of shipping.

We ship first class mail. Any overpayment of funds will be credited to your paypal account with pleasure. otherwise we ship first class mail. This method is perfect in the cases of lost merchandise I have a paper trail resourse to find your merchanside and make a claim. If you would like a pro forma for shipping for weights I will be happy to pre-quote you on anything! Just send me an email Most packages arrive in
7-12 days. All customs fee's are customers responsibility. I dont put
invoice in packing list.

We will ship by EXAPAQ its an international shipper like UPS or FEDEX but the
rates are very reasonable and the shipping time is reasonable also!

International Colissimo is also used from France it is a flat rate of 31$ a kilo/or
2.2 lbs.
Refunds and Exchanges
