Returns and exchanges

I will only accept returns if you are truly unhappy for some reason. If this is the case, contact me immediately and we'll work everything out.

I cannot foresee there to be any damaged packages in the mail because of the bubble wrapped envelopes I use, but you never know!

Payment

Shipping

After I have shipped your order, these are the approximate delivery times:

Germany: 1-2 days

Europe: 3-5 days

International: up to 2 weeks (but normally about 10 days)

These delivery times may seem long, but my chic handmades are being sent all the way from Berlin, Germany!
