I'm very sorry you didn't receive your templates in the time stated. I believed this item was set up as an automatic download but apparently there was a glitch. I do wish you had informed me via email or Etsy's conversation system about the lack of delivery. I would have responded straight away. I only learned about the problem when I received your review and thus couldn't know it needed to be corrected. Again, please accept my apologies.
