Fashion Accessories by Chi Chi Dee Handmade

My shop has grown organically over the past 5 years from a hobby into a full-time job. It has accompanied me around the world to Germany, Greece, Australia and England. In a sense we've grown up together.

I love to make pretty yet functional accessories, homewares and clothing using soft fabrics in beautiful colours, prints and patterns. My palette and product lines adjust to the seasons and I love this constant evolution.

My creative process and inclination is sometimes random, I like to play around in an unstructured way but when I find something that works I stick with it.

Custom orders and wholesale requests push me to explore and develop new ideas. I love this reciprocal process, it gives my work a sense of purpose.

Being my own boss and building this business has been infinitely rewarding. I feel so lucky to live in an age where this is possible!

I try my best at all times to describe each item in my shop with the utmost attention to detail and I encourage you to read the description carefully. I also make a point to accurately represent the item from different angles with multiple photos, including a close up. If you are in any way uncertain about going ahead with an order then I also recommend you asking questions and, if necessary, requesting further photographs before making a commitment to purchase, so as to avoid any disappointment.

If you are unsure about the measurements that accompany a listing please get in touch and I can advise you on the fit.

If you are unhappy with your purchase I will refund your money minus shipping fees upon my receipt of the returned item, provided it has not been worn and is in the same condition I originally sent it. Thank you for reading my refund policies.
Your payent is due upon purchase and your package will normally be posted within 3 working days (Sundays or public holidays may cause minor delays). If you need your item urgently please let me know and I'll try to do what I can. If you are paying by e-check then I must wait for this to clear, which can take up to a week, before sending your item.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure their saved Etsy delivery address is correct. I cannot be held responsible for packages sent out to an incorrect saved Etsy address.


I will normally send your item within 3 business days of receipt of payment. Made-to-order items may take a day or two longer. Public holidays and Sundays may also cause minor delays. If you need your item urgently do let me know and I will do my best to expediate the process.

Packages within Germany are sent by Deutsche Post and normally take 1-3 business days.

Packages to the E.U. are sent by Deutsche Post and normally take 3-5 business days.

Packages to everywhere else in the world are Sent by Deutsche Post and normally take 5-10 business days.


International packages DO NOT automatically have a tracking number. If your package is delayed I will not be able to track it for you. If you would like your package to be sent with a tracking number, please let me know before you purchase so I can adjust the shipping price for you. (Packages sent via this method incur a considerably higher cost).

The delivery timeframes listed above are an estimate only. Occasionally, delays can occur due to various factors such as customs checks. Please understand these delays are random and out of my control. It can take up to 2 MONTHS for international packages to arrive. I thank you for your patience and am as eager for you to receive your package as you are to receive it.


Your package is not considered delayed until 16 business days from the date it was sent. If you are concerned your package has gone missing please be aware that I can only look into the matter for you once this amount of time has lapsed.

In the event of non-delivery please let me know BEFORE leaving negative feedback or opening a case against me!!! I am very nice and will always try to help in any situation. I cannot know there is a problem unless you inform me. My small business depends on customer satisfaction so it is vital to me that you are happy!

In the event of non-delivery I will normally absorb the cost and either send you a replacement or refund your money.


If your item is returned to me because it was unable to be delivered I will contact you and offer you the option to have the item resent or to refund your money minus shipping costs. If the non-delivery was due to a wrong or insufficient address then I will ask you to send the additional cost to me before I resend. Please make sure that the address you provide is accurate to avoid these additional fees and delays.


I happily ship internationally but please note I cannot be held responsible for any duty fees incurred at your end. Please familiarise yourself with your country's policies on duty fees.
